Starting Monday, Feb 8th, 2010 we will be having an indoor trainer class at Rochester Cycling and Fitness, 1211 7th St NW, from 6:45pm to 7:45-8:00 pm.
Bring your own bike, indoor trainer, a towel, and anything you need to drink.
The workout will last for 1 hour to 1:15 and will be designed to get us ready to hit the roads strong this spring. The class will be held each Monday for 8 weeks ending on March 29th
This year I will also provide the class with 2 additional workouts each week to be done on your own to help you get ready to rock this season. Following the last class we will then do 4 more weeks of training together on Monday's outside doing hill repeats.
There is no charge for the class and feel free to come whether or not you're a TriRochester member.
Workouts will be posted on the website prior to each class, so if you can make it you can complete the workout at home. 2008 and 2009 Workouts are also are posted here if you want to get a head start and see what it's all about.
