This Thursday, July 3rd at 6:45 pm we'll begin a Thursday Night Practice Triathlon at Foster Arends Park. This will be a great chance for all of us to put in a good brick workout and practice transitions. We will need volunteers to watch the bikes each week so please let me know if you can take one Thursday night this summer and watch the bikes while others are swimming and running. You will need to watch the bikes from about 6:30pm to 8pm. Below is a link to an informational flyer that I put together that describes the courses and the format. These will continue every Thursday until the weather turns too cold or the beach closes (I'm not sure when and if it does...)
